Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role blends tax expertise, an entrepreneurial mindset, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

You will work on-site guiding in-person customers through full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and fostering long-term relationships with

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license to file taxes.
  • PTIN valid to file taxes.
  • 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns.
  • Familiarity with Circular 230.
  • Willing to work onsite 20+ hours per week, weekends included.
  • Must reside in United States and be able to obtain state licenses/bonds.

Responsibilities

  • Represent TurboTax locally as a public face in the community.
  • Engage with prospects, nurture leads, and convert to long-term clients.
  • Lead local marketing activities with TurboTax support to broaden reach.
  • Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
  • Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
