This on-site role blends tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate tax needs and maximize refunds. You will prepare returns, provide tax advice, and support customers using TurboTax products, while building lasting client relationships and growing the local client base with marketing support.

Qualifications

• Onsite work at a TurboTax location in the United States.
• Provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice.
• Grow TurboTax client base within the local community.
• Available Sunday through Saturday, minimum 20 hours per week.
• Must wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador.
• Engage with prospects and convert to long-term clients.
• Deliver tax preparation services and provide tax planning.
• Assist customers with in-store and online TurboTax tools.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive local presence.
