Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation and guidance while growing the client base in the local community.

The role is non-exempt, onsite, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, and offers a competitive compensation in Illinois ranging from $31.00 to $34.50 per hour, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Strong knowledge of tax law and ability to provide tax planning advice.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers—personal and small business.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
