Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation and advice to customers, using TurboTax products and resources, and help grow the local client base.

As a non-exempt, on-site role, you’ll engage with the community, represent TurboTax locally, and support marketing initiatives while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040 tax returns.
• Ability to work onsite at TurboTax locations, Sunday through Saturday, with 20+ hours per week.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement.
• Assist customers in-person and via marketing support tools.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Use TurboTax resources to deliver accurate tax solutions.
