Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in one-to-one clienteling.

• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Excel in incentive-based styling program by meeting SPH and KPI goals.
• Be the brand ambassador and product expert, driving incremental sales.
• Utilize in-store relationships, profiles, and loyalty program to attract clients.
• Build meaningful relationships through authentic clienteling.
• Deliver best-in-class styling experience following training.
• Know your store's neighborhood and local events.
• Identify and host appointments and in-store events through networking.
• Stay informed about competitors and local trends.
• Share product feedback with management.
