Responsibilities

• Excel in the incentive-based styling program by meeting sales per hour (SPH) and KPI goals
• Be the brand ambassador and product expert, building incremental sales through wardrobing
• Utilize in-store relationships and loyalty program to attract and retain clients
• Build meaningful, lasting relationships through authentic, personalized interactions and clienteling
• Deliver a best-in-class styling experience while meeting service expectations
• Know your store’s neighborhood, events, influencers and style-makers
• Identify and host appointments and in-store events through community networking and local marketing
• Stay informed about competitors and current trends, and share feedback with management
