Job summary

J.Crew Group (JCG) seeks a Stylist to be our key brand ambassador, delivering outstanding customer service and building genuine, loyal connections. You’ll drive store profitability through product passion and clienteling across your team.

You’ll meet SPH and KPI goals, host appointments and events, stay current with fashion trends, and collaborate with the store to deliver a best-in-class styling experience. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in one-to-one clienteling is preferred.
• Thrives in a results-driven environment.
• Stays up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Exhibits teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch and lift at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service that leads to loyal connections and drives store profitability.
• Excel in the incentive-based styling program by meeting SPH and KPI goals.
• Be the brand ambassador and product expert, building incremental sales through wardrobing.
• Utilize customer profiles and loyalty programs to attract and retain clients.
• Host appointments and in-store events through community networking and marketing.
• Share product feedback and ideas with the management team.
