You will build lasting client relationships, host appointments and events, stay current with fashion trends, collaborate with teammates, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in one-to-one clienteling.
• Thrive in a results-driven environment.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Flex scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to bend, reach, and lift at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet SPH and KPI goals in styling program.
• Build incremental sales through wardrobing.
• Use in-store relationships and loyalty program to attract and retain clients.
• Provide authentic, personalized interactions and clienteling.
• Deliver a best-in-class styling experience per training.
• Know your store’s neighborhood and local influencers.
• Host appointments and in-store events through community networking.
• Stay informed about competitors and local trends.
• Share product feedback with management.
