You’ll engage with clients through personalized styling and in-store events, while building authentic relationships and understanding local fashion trends.

You’ll contribute to a high-energy team, support loyalty programs, and stay attuned to community happenings and competitive trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in one-to-one clienteling.
• Thrive in a results-driven environment.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends.
• Exhibit teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy.
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet SPH and KPI goals in the styling program.
• Act as brand ambassador and product expert to drive sales.
• Leverage client profiles and loyalty programs to attract clients.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized interactions.
• Host appointments and in-store events via community networking.
• Stay informed on trends, competitors, and local influencers.
• Provide product feedback to management.
