Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit and more. You will work with the RTM to ensure brands are displayed and ready to shine, visiting stores to maintain standards and execute promotions.

Candidates should be 18+, possess a valid US driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs with a flexible schedule including mornings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance to store locations and mileage is reimbursed.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment with physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; may involve pushing/pulling over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the Retail Territory Manager (RTM).
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
