Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. This role offers a flexible schedule and hands-on impact across multiple stores in the Downey area.

You will work closely with your Retail Territory Manager to ensure brands are displayed and shining—driving merchandising excellence with professional customer service and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive personal vehicle with insurance.
• Capable of repetitive lifting and moving up to 25 lbs; may lift over 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles, capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant, handling physical duties of the role.
