Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser in Downey, CA. You will stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit, among others.

The role offers a flexible schedule and hands-on impact in-store. You will work with the RTM to ensure our brands are displayed to drive shopper engagement, while following Mondelēz’ merchandising principles and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and own vehicle required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs; may push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support brand visibility.
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure adherence to negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by the RTM for efficient coverage across locations.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and retail teams via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant given the physical nature of the role (lifting, bending, etc.).
