Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches. You will work closely with the Retail Territory Manager to ensure Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit are displayed and ready for shoppers.

The role includes lifting and moving product, driving to multiple store locations, and maintaining brand standards with a positive, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to various store locations.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment with physical activities like lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs (50 lbs push/pull occasionally).
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location: Charleston, WV; Secondary locations: Belle, WV.
• Schedule availability: Monday, Thursday, Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Serve as the face of the company delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate product, and maintain brand standards across stores.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure alignment with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM via Salesforce.
