Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part‑Time Nabisco Merchandiser to stock shelves, build displays, and support seasonal launches for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, Triscuit, and more.

You’ll work with the RTM to ensure brands are stocked and showcased, traveling to multiple store locations with a flexible schedule and a hands‑on impact on the snack aisle experience. This role emphasizes in‑store execution and consumer‑ready merchandising with a positive, can‑do attitude.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive your own vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of New Orleans, LA (including Kenner, Metairie, Laplace, Boutte).
• Schedule: Mon, Thu, Fri, Sun; starts by 7 am; 20–25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute store visits following DSD Merchandising Principles and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain brand standards.
• Implement promotional displays in line with RTM plans.
• Adhere to daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
• Support seasonal sales, launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to the RTM and retail team via Salesforce.
• Stay safe and compliant, with physical duties of lifting and moving products.
