Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in retail sales, wireless, electronics, or similar.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals in performance-driven settings.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, team-oriented retail environments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive incremental SMB sales through engagement, prospecting, and follow-up.
• Own and contribute to an annual SMB revenue target (~$300K+).
• Deliver a premium, consultative experience to business customers.
• Identify SMB opportunities and maintain organized lead tracking.
• Build pipeline, follow up via phone/email, and convert opportunities.
• Lead by example in consultative selling and customer engagement.
• Balance store-floor activity with SMB lead generation and follow-up.
• Track SMB pipeline, revenue performance, and provide updates.
