You will drive SMB sales, engage business customers with consultative selling, and balance store activity with proactive lead generation to hit revenue targets and grow the SMB pipeline.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in retail or consumer electronics, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, wireless, consumer electronics, or other customer-facing sales environments.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to engage customers, identify needs, and recommend appropriate products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive incremental SMB sales through active customer engagement, prospecting, and follow-up.
• Own and contribute to an annual SMB revenue target (≈$300K+ incremental revenue).
• Identify SMB opportunities through walk-in traffic, referrals, and approved outreach methods; maintain organized lead tracking.
