2020 Companies is seeking an SMB Sales Specialist for a Samsung Experience Store in Newark, DE. You will blend retail sales with SMB business development, engaging small and medium business customers to grow incremental revenue.

You will maintain an active pipeline, conduct discovery, and tailor Samsung solutions across devices and services to drive measurable results. This role emphasizes in-store leadership without direct people management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years in retail sales, wireless, or consumer electronics.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive SMB revenue through active customer engagement and follow-up.
• Own and contribute to an annual SMB revenue target (~$300K+ incremental).
• Identify SMB opportunities and maintain organized lead tracking.
• Conduct discovery to understand business needs and growth opportunities.
• Position Samsung products as business solutions for SMBs.
• Maintain pipeline activity and support store leadership on SMB initiatives.
• Track SMB pipeline, lead activity, and revenue performance.
