2020 Companies is actively recruiting for an SMB Revenue Growth Specialist to represent Samsung Electronics America at a Samsung Experience Store location in Schaumburg, IL. You will drive SMB sales with a consultative approach, manage opportunities, and balance daily store engagement with targeted outreach to grow business revenue.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
1–2 years of experience in retail sales or related customer-facing environments.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

Drive incremental SMB sales through active customer engagement, prospecting, and follow-up.
Own and contribute to an annual SMB revenue target (~$300K+ incremental revenue).
Deliver a premium, consultative experience tailored to business customers.
Identify SMB opportunities through walk-in traffic, referrals, and outreach; maintain lead tracking.
