Samsung Experience Store Schaumburg is hiring a Sales Experience Specialist to greet customers with energy, uncover needs with open-ended questions, and guide them to ideal tech solutions. You’ll deliver an immersive Samsung experience and build trust from the moment customers walk in.

As part of a full-time retail team, you will troubleshoot basic device issues, upsell bundles, and foster lasting relationships to drive store performance in a fast-paced tech environment.
