2020 Companies is seeking a detail-oriented SMB Revenue Growth Specialist to drive incremental SMB sales at Samsung Experience Stores. You will engage business customers with consultative selling, manage an SMB pipeline, and contribute to an annual revenue target of ~$300K+ while balancing store-based activities.

The role emphasizes in-store engagement, lead generation, and solution selling across Samsung’s ecosystem, with occasional travel and no remote work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, wireless, consumer electronics, or other customer-facing sales environments.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a performance-driven environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Experience with lead generation, prospecting, or pipeline management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive incremental SMB sales through active customer engagement, prospecting, and follow-up.
• Own and contribute to an annual SMB revenue target (~$300K+ incremental revenue).
• Deliver a premium, consultative experience tailored to business customers.
• Identify SMB opportunities through walk-in traffic, referrals, and approved outreach methods, including phone and email follow-up.
• Maintain organized lead tracking with clear follow-up actions.
• Track and report SMB pipeline, lead activity, and revenue performance.
