• Drive SMB revenue through active customer engagement, prospecting and follow-up.
• Own an annual SMB revenue target and contribute to growth.
• Identify SMB opportunities via walk-ins, referrals, and outreach.
• Lead on lead tracking, follow-up actions, and pipeline activity.
• Act as in-store SMB subject matter expert and support store team.
