Job summary

Samsung Electronics America in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Store Lead to guide a sales team, drive customer experience, and ensure operational excellence. You will oversee associates, manage shifts, and push toward ambitious sales targets.

With 3+ years in retail leadership and a focus on customer-first coaching, you will mentor staff, deliver demos, and coordinate cross-functional teams to keep the store ready for customers and executives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience, including at least 1 year in big-box or specialty retail.
• Proven ability to mentor, motivate, and develop associates while fostering a high-performance team culture.
• Experience executing SOPs, maintaining store readiness, and leading day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store's sales floor during shifts, coaching staff and driving performance.
• Deliver engaging product demos, workshops, and events reflecting Samsung's premium brand.
• Partner with Store Manager and ASM to implement priorities and ensure operational readiness.
• Onboarding and training of new hires with Galaxy product knowledge.
• Act as acting Store Manager when senior leaders are absent.
