Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an In-Store Shopping Clerk to assist customers, fulfill online orders, and maintain product freshness and store presentation. You will use the Instacart Shopper App to shop and substitute items as needed, while interacting with customers in a friendly, helpful manner.

The role involves POS transactions and occasional stocking duties. The position emphasizes excellent communication, teamwork, and the ability to stand and move throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with customer interaction.
• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment (register, scanner, calculator).
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks through shift.

Responsibilities

• Shop and fulfill online orders using the Instacart Shopper App.
• Provide excellent customer service and substitutions for out-of-stock items.
• Communicate order changes to customers when needed.
• Process transactions at the in-store POS system.
• Assist in store areas like stocking and keeping shelves clean and presentable.
