Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing and friendly behavior with positive attitude in customer interactions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to take direction while working in a team.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.

Responsibilities

• Work in-store to shop and fulfill customer online orders using the Instacart Shopper App.
• Provide excellent customer service with focus on product quality and freshness; substitute out-of-stock items as needed.
• Communicate changes to orders effectively; process transactions at the in-store POS system.
• Serve as online ambassador for order delivery inquiries and Instacart platform benefits.
• Assist in stocking shelves, maintaining store presentation, and keeping areas clean.
