Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an In-Store Shopping Clerk to help customers, fulfill online orders, and maintain fresh product quality. You’ll use the Instacart Shopper App in-store to shop and complete orders, while providing friendly service and accurate substitutions.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential as you process transactions at the POS, answer questions about delivery, and assist with stocking and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, friendly behavior with customers and positive attitude.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to operate front end equipment including register and scanner.

Responsibilities

• Shop and fulfill customer online orders using a store mobile device.
• Provide excellent customer service focusing on quality and freshness.
• Communicate changes to orders and substitute items as needed.
• Process transactions using the in-store POS system.
• Answer questions about delivery, Instacart, and services.
• Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness.
