Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an In-Store Shopping Clerk to fulfill online orders, assist customers, and ensure product quality and freshness. You will use the Instacart Shopper App, operate the POS, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment.

This role emphasizes friendly customer interactions and teamwork. Responsibilities include processing transactions, substituting items as needed, and acting as a store ambassador for the Instacart platform.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 21 years of age or older
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with good communication skills
• Ability to operate front end equipment (registers, calculator, scanner) and work as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Shop and fulfill customer online orders using the Instacart Shopper App
• Provide excellent customer service by focusing on product quality and freshness, and substitute out-of-stock items as needed
• Communicate changes to orders promptly
• Process transactions using the in-store POS system
• Serve as an online ambassador for the store regarding delivery and Instacart benefits
• Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness and presentation
