Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring an In-Store Shopping Clerk to fulfill online orders using the Instacart Shopper App, ensure product quality and freshness, and assist customers with substitutions and questions. You’ll also process POS transactions and help maintain store presentation.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with positive attitude and customer interaction skills.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment: register, calculator, scanner.

Responsibilities

• Shop and fulfill customer online orders using a mobile device with the Instacart Shopper App.
• Provide excellent customer service and substitutions for out-of-stock items.
• Communicate necessary order changes clearly.
• Process transactions at the in-store POS system.
• Act as an online ambassador for order delivery and the Instacart platform.
• Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness and presentation.
