Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking an In-Store Shopping Clerk to fulfill online orders and assist customers in-store. You will use the Instacart Shopper App, ensure product quality and freshness, and communicate changes to orders. You may also stock shelves and help maintain a clean store environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and flexibility across tasks, with opportunities to grow within a fast-growing natural foods retailer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers.
• Good communication skills and ability to take direction in a team environment; able to operate front-end equipment (register, calculator, scanner).
• Ability to stand/walk/bend for the shift and maneuver a 20 lb cart up to 2 hours.

Responsibilities

• Shop and fulfill customers' online orders using the Instacart Shopper App.
• Provide excellent customer service focusing on product quality and freshness; substitute items as needed.
• Communicate any necessary order changes to customers.
• Process orders at the in-store POS system.
• Serve as an online ambassador answering questions about delivery, Instacart, and associated benefits.
• May assist in stocking shelves, filling frozen foods, and maintaining store cleanliness and presentation.
