Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is hiring an In-Store Shopping Clerk to fulfill online orders and assist customers in-store. You will use the Instacart Shopper App to pick items and ensure product freshness while delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities include communicating changes, processing POS transactions, and helping maintain store presentation. The role may involve stocking and general store duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, friendly attitude and positive interaction with customers.
• Good communication skills; able to take direction and work in a team; operate front-end equipment (register, calculator, scanner).
• Stand/walk/bend throughout the shift.
• Able to maneuver a 20 lb cart up to 35 lbs of force for up to 2 hours and 20 feet.
• Walk up to 3 miles in an 8-hour shift.
• May perform other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Shop and fulfill customers' online orders using Instacart Shopper App on a mobile device.
• Provide excellent customer service focusing on product quality and freshness; substitute out-of-stock items as needed.
• Communicate order changes effectively to customers.
• Process transactions using the in-store POS system.
• Answer questions about order delivery and the Instacart platform.
• Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness and presentation.
