Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. is seeking an In-Store Shopping Clerk to fulfill customer online orders, assist shoppers in-store, and maintain product quality. You will use a mobile Instacart app, operate the POS system, and help with stocking and store presentation.

The role emphasizes friendly customer interaction, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment at our neighborhood stores.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with customers.
• Good communication skills; able to take direction and work in a team.
• Ability to operate front-end equipment (register, scanner, etc.).
• Able to stand/walk for the full shift and maneuver a cart when needed.

Responsibilities

• Shop and fulfill online orders in-store using a mobile device.
• Provide excellent customer service with focus on product quality and freshness.
• Communicate any necessary changes to orders.
• Process transactions using the store POS system.
• Act as an online ambassador for order delivery and the Instacart platform.
• May assist with stocking shelves and keeping the store clean and presentable.
