ARS-Rescue Rooter in Wareham, MA seeks a motivated In-Store Sales Representative / Lead Generator to engage shoppers in a retail setting and identify home comfort needs. You will educate customers on HVAC and plumbing options, generate qualified leads, and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.

Flexible part-time and full-time schedules are available, with uncapped commissions and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and IAQ solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
