Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter Overview is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. The role offers flexible hours, part-time and full-time opportunities, and a base wage plus uncapped commission.

Training is provided, with weekend availability required. Join a growing national brand and help customers meet home comfort needs while building sales skills, earning commissions, and advancing into sales advisor

Qualifications

Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
Retail/kiosk/sales experience preferred (not required)
Ability to stand and walk during shifts
Weekend and some holiday availability
Reliable transportation
Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
Attend weekly in-office meetings
Employment is contingent on a background check

Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a retail store environment
Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations
Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs
Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions
Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments
Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically
Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals
Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation
