ARS-Rescue Rooter Overview is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives to engage shoppers in national retail stores and promote HVAC services. You will generate leads, educate customers, and schedule in-home consultations or tune-ups with technicians and comfort advisors.

The role combines customer interaction with commission-based earnings, offering both part-time and full-time opportunities and weekly direct deposit pay.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers in a retail environment.
• Retail, kiosk, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Professional appearance representing ARS.
• Attendance at weekly in-office meetings.
• Background check required by law.

Responsibilities

• Engage with retail shoppers and introduce ARS heating and air services.
• Promote service options, system upgrades and comfort improvements.
• Schedule in-home consultations and tune-ups with service technicians.
• Act as brand ambassador, representing ARS with enthusiasm.
