Job summary

American Residential Services (ARS) is seeking In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to promote HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services inside national home improvement retailers in the Wareham, MA area. The role offers flexible part-time and full-time schedules with hourly pay plus uncapped commission.

You will engage shoppers, qualify leads, and schedule in-home consultations, helping customers choose tune‑ups, replacements, or comfort upgrades while representing the ARS brand

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation; clean, professional appearance.
• Attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
