American Residential Services (ARS) is seeking an In-Store Sales Representative / Lead Generator to promote HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retailers in the Wareham area, MA. You will engage customers, generate qualified leads, and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.

We offer flexible part-time and full-time schedules, weekly pay, paid training, uncapped commission, and opportunities to advance into HVAC sales roles.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, confident communicator with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Able to stand and walk for shifts; weekend availability essential.
