ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring Retail Lead Generators to work inside national home improvement retail stores, promoting HVAC services and tune-ups. Earn hourly pay plus commission while engaging homeowners and scheduling in-home consultations.

You will act as a Brand-Ambassador, explain service options, and schedule appointments with service technicians. No door-to-door work; weekend availability and reliable transportation preferred.

Qualifications

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills.
• Retail or sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation and professional appearance.
• Willingness to attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check.

Responsibilities

• Act as a retail Brand-Ambassador representing ARS with professionalism.
• Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements.
• Lead-Generator and Appointment Setter, scheduling in-home consultations with techs.
• Role is not door-to-door, canvassing, or canvasser activities.
