Job summary

American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Bellingham, MA. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with hourly pay plus uncapped commission.

You will engage with customers in a retail setting, educate them on home comfort options, and generate qualified leads for in-home consultations or service appointments.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stand and engage customers in a retail environment.
Weekend and some holiday availability required.
Reliable transportation and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
Work toward lead-generation goals and provide a positive customer experience.
