Job summary

Michaels in Fairfax, VA is hiring store team members to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and process fast checkout experiences. You will handle truck unloads, stocking, and planogram maintenance to ensure a well-merchandised, in-stock store.

You will also participate in omnichannel efforts such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), while supporting store recovery and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop the store, and provide a fast checkout experience.
• Assist with cashiering and cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in rewards programs and enrollments.
• Support Omni channel processes (BOPIS & SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and merchandise recovery.
