Job summary

Michaels Fairfax Store is looking for a team member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout.

You will engage customers in Rewards programs and Private Label Credit Cards, assist with omni-channel services like BOPIS and SFS, and participate in unload, stocking, and planogram activities to keep the store well merchandised.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
