Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations and to maintain knowledge of products represented. The role involves preparing, serving, and breaking down products, equipment, and supplies while engaging consumers professionally.

The position is part-time, with a typical schedule not exceeding 25 hours per week, and requires a high school diploma or GED plus related experience or training. A local food handler permit may be required.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in using a PC or mobile device and internal systems.
• Certificates: Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Possesses the aptitude to gain knowledge of the products represented.
• Intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner.
• Communicate the features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve food samples using appliances like microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers and knives.
• Maintain a clean, safe work station with cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with client visits and audit corrections.
• Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to meet company and client objectives.
• Complete expense reports as per policy.
• Submit all online requirements on the day of Event execution.
• Access internet and company systems, use Outlook, Word and PDF forms.
