Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will acquire product knowledge, demonstrate products, and engage consumers in a professional manner in retail settings.

The role emphasizes a neat appearance and efficient setup for events. The position is part-time, with a maximum of about 25 hours per week, and may involve some travel to client stores as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training preferred.
• Proficient in using a PC or mobile device with internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Gains adequate knowledge of the products represented.
• Intercepts, engages, interacts with, and sells product to the consumer.
• Communicates product features and benefits effectively.
• Prepares and serves food samples using appliances (microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, knives).
• Maintains a clean, safe workstation and professional appearance.
