Job summary

Crossmark Inc. seeks an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations and learn products represented. Responsibilities include preparing, serving, and breaking down demos, engaging consumers, and maintaining a professional appearance.

Role is part-time with up to 25 hours per week in a retail setting. Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, basic PC skills, and may require a local food handler permit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience preferred.
• Proficient in using a PC and company systems including email and document tools.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of products represented and intercept, engage, and sell to consumers.
• Prepare and serve product samples using kitchen appliances.
• Maintain a clean, safe work station and professional appearance.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Submit expense reports and complete online requirements on time.
