Job summary

Crossmark Inc. in the United States is seeking a part-time Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, learn product details, and interact with shoppers to showcase features and benefits. You will prepare and serve samples and maintain a clean, professional workspace.

The role emphasizes accurate event setup, prompt reporting, and professional appearance, with up to 25 hours weekly and basic PC/mobile skills for internal systems.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Proficient in using a personal computer or mobile device with internal systems.
• Local food handler permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of the products represented and engage consumers.
• Proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to consumers.
• Explain features and benefits of products to customers.
• Prepare and serve food samples using appliances (microwave, fryer, etc.).
• Maintain a clean, safe work station and professional appearance.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution and ensure 100% execution.
• Complete expense reports and submit online documents the same day as events.
