Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to execute in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will acquire product knowledge, engage consumers, and demonstrate products in a professional manner while maintaining a polished appearance.

Role is part-time with a cap of 25 hours per week and involves preparing, serving, and breaking down products and equipment. The position requires basic computer skills, a high school diploma (or GED), and possibly a local food handler permit.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in using a personal computer or mobile device and internal systems.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Local Food handler permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Gain adequate knowledge of the products represented.
• Intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to consumers in a positive manner.
• Effectively communicate product features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances (microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, knives).
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe workstation using cleaning chemicals.
• Builds and maintains rapport with store personnel to meet company objectives.
• Complete expense reports per Company Policy.
• Access the internet and use Microsoft Outlook, Word & Adobe PDF forms.
