Job summary

Crossmark Inc. in the United States is seeking an associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, acquire product knowledge, and engage customers.

You will prepare, serve, and break down products and equipment while maintaining a professional presence and clean workspace. The role involves demonstrating products to consumers, setting up event tables, and ensuring 100% execution on assigned duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months’ related experience and/or training.
• Proficient in using a personal computer and internal systems.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire product knowledge and demonstrate it to consumers.
• Prepare and serve food samples using microwaves, fryers, skillets, and coffee makers.
• Engage with customers to present features and benefits.
• Set up and manage the event table for each shift.
• Maintain a clean, safe work station and professional appearance.
• Complete expense reports per Company Policy.
• Submit all online requirements the same day as events.
• Use Microsoft Outlook and internal systems to access documents.
