Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, acquire product knowledge, and interact professionally with consumers.

The role involves preparing, serving, and breaking down products and equipment, while maintaining a presentable appearance and a clean work station. The position is part-time, with up to 25 hours per week, and requires basic computer skills, the ability to follow instructions, and may require a local food handler permit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months’ related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in ability to use and navigate on a personal computer or personal mobile device using applications and internal systems.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Completes in-store food and non-food demonstrations.
• Interacts with consumers and demonstrates products in a professional manner.
• Prepares and serves product, equipment and supplies; maintains a clean, safe workstation.
• Builds rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Accurately submits on-line requirements on the day of event execution.
• Accesses internet and company systems including Outlook, Word and PDF forms.
