You will drive class enrollment, uphold brand standards, and promote bakeware and decorating tools through engaging instruction.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional culinary experiences, maintaining current product knowledge, and collaborating with store teams to meet revenue goals while ensuring safety and standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Culinary degree preferred; extensive experience considered in lieu.
• 1–2 years of kitchen operations experience.
• Valid Food Manager Certification required.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for community engagement and providing exceptional customer experiences.
