Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and sales assistance in-store and over the phone.
• Determine customer needs and recommend the right products and services.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers to drive sales.
• Process sales transactions accurately following store policies.
• Maintain product displays and stock, and assist with deliveries when needed.
• Stay informed about product features and promotions to answer questions.
• Assist in inventory control and order documentation.
• Keep work area clean and up-to-date with displays and signage.
• Support teamwork to meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.
• Adhere to safety and security policies especially around cash handling.
