Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support both wholesale and retail customers in our Lincoln, NE store. You will help customers select the right products, answer questions, and resolve concerns while driving store sales and maintaining high quality displays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and sales assistance in-store and over the phone.
• Determine customer needs and recommend the right products and services.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers to drive sales.
• Process sales transactions accurately following store policies.
• Maintain product displays and stock, and assist with deliveries when needed.
• Stay informed about product features and promotions to answer questions.
• Assist in inventory control and order documentation.
• Keep work area clean and up-to-date with displays and signage.
• Support teamwork to meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.
• Adhere to safety and security policies especially around cash handling.
