Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for Store #703236 in North Platte, NE. You will assist customers, answer questions, and recommend paint and related products while maintaining store standards and sales targets.

The role involves in-store customer interactions, processing transactions, stocking shelves, tinting/mixing products, and assisting with deliveries as needed. Strong service mindset and ability to work evenings/weekends are preferred.

Formación

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Lift up to 70 lbs. and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams: at least a “meets expectations” rating.
• Must complete HR Cloud eLearning courses for current position.
• Preferred: one year of delivery, retail, or customer service experience.
• Preferred: prior experience selling paint and paint-related products.
• Preferred: ability to read/write/speak more than one language (Spanish preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries when needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
