Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our Lincoln retail store. You will help customers identify needs, recommend paint and related products, and ensure high levels of satisfaction with every interaction.

You will handle in-person and phone inquiries, process transactions, stock displays, tint and mix products, and assist with deliveries as needed to maintain store presentation and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries, as needed.
